•  Unfortunately, if the product received is incorrect, faulty or damaged, you can seek replacement or a refund by lodging your complaint through email at our facility.
•  Refund will not be granted if there is any loss or damage at the time of possession by the customer, therefore customer should take responsible care of the item and it must not be used. The product should be in perfect condition as well as in its original packaging.
•  Returns received at our facility will be inspected and an update will be notified regarding the acquisition of the product  and its eligibility for a refund or exchange.
•  Upon return on partial or full order, shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. For a refund, all COD amounts will be reimbursed in the form of PKR via EasyPaisa.
